Brydie Wright – Daddy and the World’s Longest Poo
About the Author
Brydie Wright is an Author and Blogger from Sydney. Four years ago, motherhood turned her life on its head and sparked her imagination. Brydie now finds creativity through writing about the quirks of family life. Through her tongue-in-cheek tales, she writes as much for the parents of little readers as for the little readers themselves.

About the Book
Brydie’s debut picture book, Daddy and the World’s Longest Poo (Lulu Publishing), will delight pre-school and early primary readers with its honesty and sense of humour – toilet humour, that is. Mums, Dads and grandparents will get a cheeky laugh out of it too. Averaging 4.65 stars on Goodreads and having been likened to the style of Dr Seuss, the “Poo Book” follows the tale of a little boy who wonders where his daddy disappears to, for hours on end. Where on earth does he go? And “why does he hide from Mummy, while sitting on his bummy?” All this and more will be revealed in this hilarious, true story.

About the Author
I’m a paranormal romance writer and former events planner. Both are lovely careers fueled by creativity, coffee, and chaos.
I live on the side of a mountain with my husband, two children, a cat, and a lot of chickens. Since we’re smack dab in the woods, wildlife around here makes me feel like I’m living in a National Geographic show, which is quite magical. Before moving a wee bit north, I grew up in a small town just outside of Baltimore and still have a tremendous love for that city, and the town that was my stomping ground, which is why they are in my books.
Writing is food for my soul. Well, that, red wine and Irish cheeses. I try to write everyday so that my brain doesn’t explode and make a mess all over my house. I also love listening to Hozier – his songs speak to me and my muse in a strange and beautiful way.
When I’m not writing, I’m cooking up storm in my kitchen, running my kids all around town, or relaxing under the stars with my hubs.
Also, I’m a lover of all things wrapped in bacon and I drink wayyyyy too many hot chai tea lattes.

Greed comes in all shapes and sizes, and this particular greed is tall, winged, deadly, and out for more than just blood. When Rowan Hayes, a soul-seer who struggles to keep her gifts hidden in an attempt to have a normal life, is forced to spill her secrets in a mission to kill the creature she accidentally set loose, scores must be settled and balance must be regained. As an artist whose passions go well beyond her studio, there is a darker side to this bright beauty, and an evil out there has its eyes on her, eager to make her his queen. Ties are made and blood is spilled when Rowan is pushed well beyond her human limits and though she may be strong and full of fire, there is more than one creature drawn to her flame. Like in every battle, lives are lost and freedoms are gained, but what side will Rowan choose to be on? For make no mistake, she may have light and brightness in her, but the darkness feels like home.
